Job Description
- Should be willing to work in any shifts including night shift and weekend support.
- Hands-on knowledge of monitoring tools like Datadog
- Monitoring, root cause analysis, and fixing issues for applications like API, Web, and batches
- Good to have knowledge of incident management processes and tools.
- Required 2 to 3 years of experience in Application support
- Previous experience as an application support analyst or a similar role
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and show initiative and judgment.
- Solid understanding of the system development life cycle (SDLC) and providing recommendations and oversight.
- Require independent analyses, communication, and problem solving.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills via telephone, in person, and in writing.
- Superior customer service skills and Effective time management skills.
- Ability to work with clients, co-workers or third parties professionally and tactfully.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to quickly isolate problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Practical understanding of Agile, ITIL, monitoring, and metrics
- Understanding of financial institution business operations
- Experience with shifts in support organization, and working experience in multiple shifts
