We JTSi Technologies India Pvt Ltd, a US based MNC IT Co in Kochi Infopark are urgently looking for a HR Associate for our operations in Kochi. The incumbent must be a post graduate with good communication skills and adequate exposure in HR aspects.

 

Details are as follows:

 

Requirement: HR Associate 

Qualification: MBA/MHRM/PGDBM

Experience: Minimum 1 Years 3 Years.

Job Shift Time : 06.30 PM - 03.30 AM IST ( Monday to Friday ).

Remuneration: Can Discuss, Not a constraint for right resource.

Location : Infopark, Kochi./ Remote

• Drafting, reviewing contracts, including employment agreements, vendor contracts, and service agreements.
• Ensuring contracts comply with company policies.
• Collaborating with internal management for contract negotiations.
• Managing contract activities, including renewals and amendments.
• Maintaining contract repositories and documentation systems.
• Facilitating communication between parties involved in contract execution and performance.
• Providing administrative support to the HR department, such as maintaining employee files, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports & SOP’s.
• Ensuring confidentiality and data security in all HR and contract-related activities.
• Assisting with compliance audits and regulatory filings.
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Maintaining employee records in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.
• Assisting employees with benefits enrolment, changes, and inquiries.
• Liaising with benefit providers to resolve issues and ensure accurate administration of benefits.
• Support/assist other teams as and when required.
• Resume formatting for onshore team as per request.
• US HR Process, Contracts Review and Management, Back Office Support.
• HR Documentation, Excellent written and verbal communication, Strong organizational skills, Able to work independently/under minimum supervision, Multitasker
