SAP IBP Consultant:
No: of position: 1 [5 to 8 years of experience]
Understanding of supply chain planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, and inventory optimization.
Knowledge in CIDS.
Knowledge in core SAP Modules like MM or PP is an added advantage.
Collect business requirements; design or propose solutions to meet customer requirements.
Complete project documentation and deliverables, draft business functional specifications, if applicable; perform fit-gap analysis and prototyping with business.
Conduct various workshops (blueprint, solution validation, design, sprint reviews, user testing, UAT, integration testing, etc).
Support Internal Activities (Demo System, Repository, SAP IBP Roadmap, Training, etc).
Should have done at least 2 implementations in SAP IBP.
Strong in SAP IBP domain with technology exposure.
Flexibility to work on any supply chain technology. Appropriate training would be provided if you would need to work on a different technology than what you have experience in.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders with emphasis on follow through and reporting
Analytical and Problem-solving skills along with self-motivation to excel
Meticulous planning skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Ability to drive projects in a matrix management environment that includes influencing, efficiency, collaboration, candor, and openness with a focus on results orientation
Ability to analyze large amount of data; R, Python, SQL knowledge is an added advantage.
