Job Description

Technical Proficiency: A deep understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and technologies relevant to the team's work. This includes knowledge of below programming languages, frameworks, and tools commonly used in software development.

  • Experience in .NET Technologies. 
  • Solid experience in Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, and Implementation (all phases of software development life cycle - SDLC) using Microsoft Technologies (.Net) 
  • Experience in performing Code reviews, test case reviews, and ensure code developed meets the requirements. 
  • Good understanding of agile methodologies 
  • Implementing low-level solutions for business problems 
  • Strong technical knowledge of .NET Technologies such as ASP.Net core Razor/Knockout 
  • Working experience in REST API/API Gateway (Using C#.Net core) 
  • Good knowledge of .Net core Based Windows Services 
  • Working experience in MSSQL 
  • Experience in scalable architecture/distributed systems.
  • Experience building Distributed / Service-Oriented / Microservice-style architectures. 
  • Proficient understanding of Source Code Management, such as Git/TFS 
  • Experience in developing backend services to manage high volume in-memory data processing applications (ETL Development)

 

Project Management: The ability to plan, organize, and execute software development projects. This involves defining project goals, creating project plans, allocating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of software products.

People Management: Skills in hiring, onboarding, and retaining top technical talent. This involves providing mentorship and career development opportunities, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.

Communication: Effective communication skills to clearly convey technical concepts, project requirements, and goals to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This includes facilitating effective collaboration, managing expectations, and providing regular project updates.

Continuous Learning: A commitment to staying updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in software development. This includes participating in professional development activities, attending conferences or workshops, and encouraging a culture of continuous learning within the development team.
